What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, and we take telephone enquiries up to 6pm. When the office is closed, you can send an email or leave a message on our answer phone which we will respond to as soon as the office re-opens.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry public liability insurance.

How quickly can you provide a quotation?

This will depend on the amount of clients we have at the time, but we endeavour to visit for quotations within a week of the enquiry, which we then follow up with a written quotation. Call our carpenter now on 07771 881 978 or 020 8676 3820 to arrange a visit for a free quotation.

Do you provide free quotations?

Yes, we visit the location for the work in question to be able to measure up and understand your requirements. This then enables us to give you an accurate quotation.

What kind of jobs do you take on?

We take on jobs of all sizes from replacing skirting boards, laying floors, to building shelving units and fitting kitchens. If you have a relatively small job, we recommend that you group up it up, if possible, with other small jobs to make it cost effective for you.

Whilst tailor-made carpentry solutions require time and skill which may come at a higher cost than similar factory mass-produced products, our prices are very competitive. We will work hard to find the most cost efficient design and way to build your bespoke solution but we will never cut corners, so you can be sure that you will receive the highest quality work.

Do your quotes include materials?

Yes, our quotations include all building materials needed for the job. Over the years, we have developed good relations with a number of suppliers to ensure we get high quality materials at trade prices for you. If the job also requires painting or finishing, we can also source paints, varnishes, etc... although we recommend that you personally pick the colours you prefer.

Our experienced carpenter has studied a number of years to attain top accreditation in carpentry and woodwork examinations, and this is reflected in the quality of work that we deliver. As mentioned  further up, we will never cut corners.

Will you look after my home?

We understand that your home is your haven. We are very conscientious workers and will treat your home with the utmost care and respect, cleaning up after ourselves at the end of each day to minimise disruption to your homely life.
